    Ashley Cross

Dr. Ashley is a visionary leader with a big heart and a lot of passion. She began her career by establishing the first girls’ home in Tulsa, OK for girls preparing to age out of the foster care system. After moving to Rochester, NY in 2016, she began The Hub585 which focuses on providing a relationship-centered community where underserved youth and their families hope, heal, and thrive. Through civic engagement, the local church, a dedicated community, and a lot of faith and hope, Dr. Ashley has raised over $3 million in funds and properties to support vulnerable youth with a focus on those who are involved with the child welfare system. Dr. Cross has dedicated her life to working in the community to build and sustain hope. She sits on the board of Bivona Child Advocacy.

Dr. Ashley also Pastor’s alongside her husband Melvin Cross Jr at Glory House International. Ashley and Melvin have four daughters, Jordan, Harper, Madison, and Riley.
